The Coffee Extract is utilized in the preparation of coffee-based beverages.
The technology applied to the production of Coffee Extract, through the Grenco system, is regarded by Cocam's main customers as the most modern in the market, which is evidenced by the increasing exports of the product.
This product can be used for the following applications:
- Desserts/Ice Creams/Sweets
- Canned Liquid Coffee
- Other Milk-Based Mixtures
Storage Conditions:
When packaged, the product should be kept at a temperature equal to 5º C or lower, in an aseptic and refrigerated chamber.
Under storage, keep the package closed, at a temperature equal to -18º C.
